We have two locations. Our Showroom and Bakery Truck is located at 3402 Guadalupe Street, Austin 78705. Our Cafe, Store and Bedroom Cottage is located at 1413 South 1st Street, Austin 78704.

Do you have parking?

Yes! Both of our locations have multiple parking spaces for our customers.

Do you allow pets in your stores?

We don’t allow pets in our stores, but we invite our 4-legged friends to join us on our patios!

Do you have gift cards available for purchase?

Yes, we have gift cards available in our store or online for purchase. Our gift cards are valid at both retail locations but not at our bakery truck or cafe.

RETAIL:

How do I become a vendor?

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final on opened bed linens, furniture, personal products, beauty products, bakery/cafe, and special orders.

All special orders must be paid in full upon ordering and are final sale.
No returns on furniture items.

Returns or exchanges of other items are available for store credit only with a valid receipt within 10 days of purchase, provided all items are in their original packaging with tags attached.

What is your custom order policy?

Special Orders will be paid in full upon ordering and are final sale. All shipping and delivery services are the client’s or designer’s financial and logistical responsibility.


 

SHIPPING / DELIVERY:

Do you offer delivery?

At this time, we do not offer delivery. However we can help you arrange local furniture delivery upon request. Alternatively, customers are welcome to arrange pick up and delivery with movers of their choice.

Do you offer shipping?

We can ship most things to the continental US! We do not provide shipping for furniture, however we can help you schedule a mover for delivery.

What is your pick up policy?

Items must be picked up within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, a daily storage fee of $50/ day/ item will be charged for up to 7 days. We cannot hold a purchased item for more than 7 days.

EVENTS / RENTAL:

Do you rent the space for photography?

Maaribu is available for photoshoot rentals on a case-by-case basis. Please submit your request here.

Do you offer furniture rental for film + commercial?

We do not offer furniture rental for staging, film or commercial purposes at this time.

Can I host an event at Maaribu?

We take requests on a case by case basis. For inquiries for events, please email [email protected].


 

MISCELLANEOUS:

What are your design services?

Although we do not currently offer full service in-home design services, we will help you put together rugs, pillows, lamps, bedding, decor and furniture to create a look you love. For more information visit : https://maaribu.com/design/
