General Information

Do you have parking?

Yes! Both locations offer multiple parking spaces for customers. 

Are pets allowed in the stores?

Service animals trained to assist with a disability are welcome indoors. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted inside. Our S. 1st St location has a backyard and outdoor sitting spaces that pets can enjoy.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We have retail or cafe gift cards available in-store and online.

Can I bring food & drinks into the store?

No outside food or beverages are allowed in our stores.

How can I become a vendor?

We welcome new vendor applications! Apply here.

What is your return & exchange policy?

In-Store Purchases: Return or exchange to the original store of purchase.

Online Purchases: Return or exchange to our Guadalupe St. location only.

Furniture: Final sale. Not eligible for return or exchange. Must be picked up within 3 days of purchase or a $50/day storage fee applies.

Non-Furniture Items: Returnable for a retail store gift card only within 10 days, with a valid receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, shipping fees, opened bed linens, services, bakery items, personal care items, and special orders are final sale. All sale items are final sale and sold as-is. Not eligible for return or exchange.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our return policy.

What is the custom order policy?

  • Special orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering and are final sale.
  • Clients/designers are responsible for all shipping & delivery arrangements.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer local delivery?

We do not offer local delivery, but we can provide a list of preferred movers upon request. Clients are responsible for arranging and paying movers directly.

Do you ship items?

We ship most products within the continental U.S.
Exclusions: We do not ship furniture, but we can help arrange a moving service.

Pick-Up Policy

  • Items must be picked up within 3 days of purchase.
  • After 3 days, a $50/day per item storage fee applies (up to 7 days).

Do you offer catering?

Do you provide bakery wholesale?

Events & Rentals

Can I rent your space for events or photography?

Do you rent furniture for film or commercial purposes?

No, we do not offer furniture rentals for staging, film, or commercial use.
