Do you have parking?

βœ… Yes! Both locations offer multiple parking spaces for customers.

Are pets allowed in the stores?

🚫 Pets are not allowed inside, but welcome on our patios!

Do you sell gift cards?

What is your return & exchange policy?

πŸ”„ Final Sale Items:

  • Opened bed linens, furniture, personal products, beauty items, bakery/cafΓ© purchases, and special orders.

βœ… Eligible Returns/Exchanges:

  • Other items may be returned/exchanged for store credit within 10 days of purchase, provided they are:
    • Unused, in original packaging, with tags attached
    • Accompanied by a valid receipt

What is the custom order policy?

  • Special orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering and are final sale.
  • Clients/designers are responsible for all shipping & delivery arrangements.

Do you offer delivery?

🚚 We do not offer direct delivery, but we can assist in arranging local furniture delivery upon request.

Do you ship items?

πŸ“¦ We ship most products within the continental U.S.
⚠️ Exclusions: We do not ship furniture, but we can help arrange a moving service.

Pick-Up Policy

  • Items must be picked up within 3 days of purchase.
  • After 3 days, a $50/day per item storage fee applies (up to 7 days).
  • Items not picked up within 7 days will no longer be held.
