Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Maaribu, we take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Final sale items (non-refundable) include:
    • Gift cards
    • Custom and special orders
    • Beauty products
    • Furniture
    • Opened bedding and linens
    • Discounted and sale items
  • Large decor items are subject to inspection and may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on their condition upon return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Review the eligibility terms.
  2. Email info@maaribu.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if damaged or defective)
  3. Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions, including the shipping address.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items in unused, original condition. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit instead.

Refunds to Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days as store credit.
  • Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded as store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@maaribu.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
